This Chicago Controls LandlordStat Thermostat HC7176 is a versatile and reliable device that can operate on 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 wire systems and is compatible with almost any residential system. It has a rectangular shape and a digital control style that makes it easy to use and program. This thermostat is tamper proof and has a low battery indicator. The LandlordStat HC7176 limits heat to 71F and Air Conditioning to 76F, but it can be programmed to have a range of temperatures from 40F-71F when in the heat mode and 76F-95F when in the air conditioning mode.
