Dear NILA Members,
We are pleased to announce that State Representatives Dave Vella and Maurice West will be joining us in person for a special legislative meeting. To accommodate their schedules, our January meeting has been moved to Tuesday, January 13th at 7:00 PM, replacing the previously scheduled January 20th meeting.

This is an important opportunity to speak directly with key legislators before they begin the next session. We will discuss bills impacting housing providers, including HB 3564, how legislation affects both landlords and tenants, and the importance of strong local housing providers. We aim to be respectful while prepared to address the real challenges facing our industry.
A strong turnout is essential. Please plan to attend and invite non-member landlords who may benefit from seeing the value of being part of NILA.
We also welcome one or two tenants to briefly share how HB 3564 could unintentionally increase their costs, such as lockouts, lost keys, or repair-related expenses.
Your involvement helps show that NILA is a unified and influential voice. We look forward to seeing you there.
