President’s Letter:
We had a WONDERFUL Spring Banquet. We all had a great time visiting with each other and with the vendors. If you have an opportunity to utilize vendor services, please do so, as they support our organization, and they can sure use your support! At the banquet, hopefully you were able to meet with the political attendees to get to know them and to share with them issues that concern you. They’re a great bunch of people, and we’re very grateful they took time out of their busy schedules to visit with us.
We have a VERY exciting presentation on June 21st with Jane A. Bouzek, M.A., Leadership Consultant, Mediator, Facilitator. The presentation title is "Manage Conflict with Tenants: The Landlord’s Guide to Productively Transforming Challenging or Aggressive Behavior." Jane will guide us through how to deal with conflict from a tenant; the techniques she shares could also be used in all aspects of your life.
SAVE THE DATE for December 13th 2022 for our RAA Christmas Party! We are in need of volunteers for the Christmas party: duties include calling/organizing vendors, help organizing, setup/cleanup, sign-in table, and raffle. Just a note that Primary in-person voting is June 28th. There are many races on the ballot - including the Republican primary in the Illinois gubernatorial race, as well as the race to replace Secretary of State Jesse White. Please take the time to exercise your right to vote.

- You can pay with Debit & Credit Card. These payments are 2.29% of the amount charged. No portion of these fees are retained by Winnebago County, the fees are paid directly to our Payment Servicer, Autoagent.
- You can also call Autoagent directly at 1-844-595-1700, this is an automated line - if using debit or credit there is a fee of 2.29% of amount charged.
- You can pay at many local banks with cash or checks. Please have your bill with you;
